- Blood Bank Assistant
Performs in a support capacity in all CRBS venues. Drives blood bank vehicles including buses if qualified.
- Blood Bank Tech II
Under the supervision of the Laboratory Director and the Laboratory Supervisor performs all activities required to process blood products for distribution. These activities include donor processing and labeling of blood products, packing and distribution of blood; quality control of blood components, test reagents and equipment; processing of peripheral blood progenitor cell for cryopreservation, storage and distribution and other duties as may be needed to meet customer needs.
- Donor Scheduler
The Donor Scheduler makes telephone calls to previous donors to schedule appointments for future donations. They will also make additional types of calls to donors or potential donors, including but limited to calling no-shows, appointment reminders and cold calling. They also provide relief in the canteen as needed.
- Donor Specialist I
The Donor Specialist I performs all aspects of Whole Blood Collection at all collection sites, while under
direction of the Lead Donor Specialist.
- Donor Specialist II (LPN)
The Donor Specialist II will perform all aspects of Whole Blood Collection, at all collection sites. Will direct Donor Specialist I.
- Donor Specialist III (RN)
The Donor Specialist III will perform all aspects of Whole Blood Collection, at all collection sites. The RN's will direct Donor Specialist I and II. With further training the RN's will perform Apheresis procedures.
- Receptionist
This position will primarily be concerned with performing receptionist duties. In addition, the receptionist
will perform duties such as, scheduling donors for all fixed sites, and assist donor schedulers in
recruitment of donors.
